| Grazia Varisco

Grazia Varisco was born in Milan in 1937 and participated in the experience of "Programmed Art" in the sixties, as a member of the T Group. Her work was then oriented towards researching space-time, with an inclination to elaborating kinetic structures. In 1961, she created Variable Luminous Screens, in which light produced changing effects of perception. 1963 brought her Variable 3D Modules, in which the modules varied dynamically in space. When her experience with the T Group came to an end, she turned to sculpture and teaching. Grazia Varisco lives and works in Milan.
Her works are on show in museums and public galleries in Italy and other countries, including the Gallery of Modern Art in Rome, the Toyama Museum and the New York Museum of Modern Art.
